BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CARMINE'S on 03/29/2017, and printed upon page 45089 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "SEATING CAPACITY: 58 "

and inserting in their place the words

"SEATING CAPACITY: 84"
