SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
THE GUESTHOUSE HOTEL Acct. No. 359494 - 6 Permit No. 1120153

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE GUESTHOUSE HOTEL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use Occupation of Space for a (Chicago Police Memorial Foundation) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 4866-4872 N. Clark St
Said Occupation of Space(s) at N. Clark Street measure(s):
One (1) at eight point six seven (8.67) feet in length, and three point three three (3.33) feet in width for a total of twenty-eight point eight seven (28.87) square feet. Said Chicago Police memorial foundation shall be approximately six (6) feet four (4) inches in height.
Said occupation of space will display a fiberglass "Horse of Honor" sculpture benefiting the Chicago Police Memorial foundation.
Grantee must allow a minimum of at least six (6) feet of clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1120153 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
