TRIBUTE TO LATE RITA A. ZAJAC
WHEREAS, Almighty God in His infinite wisdom and judgment has called Rita A. Zajac, an outstanding citizen and beloved friend, from this life to eternity; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick J. Levar, Alderman ofthe 45th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Rita A. Zajac, the cherished wife and life partner of John devoted; loving mother of Tim (Robin), Jason Angela), Greg and Martin; cherished grandmother of Aaron, Morgan, Casey and Cooper; devoted daughter of the late Mack P. and the late Mary Virginia Manning; beloved sister of Patrick (Margaret Bothfeld), Loretta (Alex) Martinez, Timothy (Cathleen Quinlan), Daniel (Joan Cowie), the late Michael, the late Eileen (Thomas) Moore, the late Martin, the late Margaret and the late Christopher; loving sister-in-law Maryanne (Robert) Fitzgerald, Therese (Jerry) Spoden, Joseph 2(C8Heen)_, Michael (Maryanne), Patricia (Mike) McGlinn and the late Anthony; treasured

Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this thirteenth day of April 2011, A.D., do hereby commemorate Rita A. Zajac for her grace-filled life and do hereby express our condolences to her family and loved ones.
