ORDINANCE

6414 North Lakewood Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 3 Corner Development, 15426 South 70^lh Court, Orland Park, IL 60462, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6414 North Lakewood Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
