BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for JOHN BARLEYCORN MEMORIAL PUB on 05/28/2014, and printed upon page 82272 ofthe .lournal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be fifty-seven (57) feet in length and ten point six seven (10.67) feet in width for a total of six hundred eight point one nine (608.19) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along N. Orchard St The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows: Monday thru Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Compensation: $1,094.74 SEATING CAPACITY: 55"
 
and inserting in their place the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area rV l shall be eighty-two point three three (82.33) feet in length and eight (8) feet in width, area #2 shall be thirty-six point five eight (36.58) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of nine hundred eighty-seven point eight six (987.86) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face ofthe curb/building line along N. Orchard St., W. Belden. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday thru Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Compensation: $1,778.15 SEATING CAPACITY: 86"
