BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the next regular meeting ofthe City Council of the Gity of Chicago shall be held on Tuesday, September 14, 202,1, beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chamber on the second floor in City Hall, 121 North LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois. If prior to then, the Commissioner of Health issues a written determination that an in-person meeting of the City Council is not practical or prudent due to COVID-19, the next regular meeting ofthe City Council, in accordance with applicable law, shall be conducted by vjdeoconference, and shall provide for remote participation and remote;viewing by members of the public. Any such written determination will be posted on the City Clerk's website, along with an amended meeting agenda, indicating that the meeting will be conducted by videoconference, by 1.0:00 A.M. on Friday, September 10, 2021,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
