ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District and RS3 Residential Single-Unit District symbols and indications on Map No. 28-H in the area bounded by:

A line 350 feet south of and parallel to West 114^th Street; a line 125 feet east of and parallel to South Western Avenue; West 115^th Street; a line 200 feet east of and parallel to South Western Avenue; a line 408 feet south of and parallel to West 115^th Street; and South Western Avenue,

to those of a POS-2 Parks & Open Space District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage.
