City Council March 18th, 2020
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Timothy K. Mulheron has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 71 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Timothy K. Mulheron, Beloved husband of Emily Bowen Mulheron for 46 years; loving father of Steve (Michelle) Mulheron, Timothy (Melanie) Mulheron, Erin (Daniel) Sheehan and the late Daniel A. Mulheron; cherished grandfather of Steven, Matthew (Julianne Mangan, fiance'), Toni (Ron Janowski, fiance'), Brooke, Jack, C.J., Emma and Allison; devoted son, preceded in death by his parents, Felix "Bud" and Dorothy Mulheron; dearest brother of John "Bud" (Cookie) Mulheron and the late Dennis J. Mulheron; dear brother in law of John (Sue) Bowen; fond uncle of Sean (Angie), Michael (Kristi), Bridget and Kevin (Ashley) Mulheron, Julia Bowen and Sara Soich; dear friend of many; and
WHEREAS, Timothy K. Mulheron, was a lifetime resident of the Canaryville neighborhood, Decorated Army veteran, Timothy served during the Vietnam War from Dec. 1967 to Dec. 1968 in the Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry, First Infantry Division "Big Red One"; Member ofthe Canaryville Veteran's Association; Retired engineer after 33 years with Chicago Public Schools and a diehard Chicago Cubs fan; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared (first name)to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this eighteenth of March 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Timothy K. Mulheron and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
