BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MAD BOILER on 12/13/2017, and printed upon page 63700 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "MAD BOILER" and inserting in their place the words "MADISON CRAB HOUSE"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a awning(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
