BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1 -3 Neighborhood Shopping District, B1 -2 Neighborhood Shopping District and CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 18-C in the area bounded by

 

 

The public alley next west of and parallel to South Merrill Avenue; East 71s Street; South Yates Avenue; East 71st Street running in a southeasterly direction; a line 100 feet south of the south line of East 71st Street if extended east; South Oglesby Avenue; a line 94.2 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Crandon Avenue; a line 76 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Luella Avenue; a line 45.5 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Paxton Avenue; a line 76.1 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Paxton Avenue; a line 75 feet south of and parallel to East 71sl Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Merrill Avenue; a line 126.18 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Merrill Avenue; and a line 66 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street,
