BARRIER REQUIREMENT SECTION 10-20-430

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Last Stash LLC of 150 N. Michigan Ave, #3610, Chicago, IL from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 1500 N. Halsted.
