WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Bernard F Panek to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Bernard F. Panek, 55. Beloved husband of the late Marianne Panek, nee Bernas. Loving father of Gina and Alyssa Panek. Dear son of the late Bernard Panek and the late Elizabeth Panek. Dear son-in-law of the late Andrew Bernas and the late Joanne Bernas nee Jagiello. Dear brother-in-law of Rev. Thomas A. Bernas and Steven (Patti) Bernas. Fond uncle of Brittany and Bridget Bernas. Bernard F Panek leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifth day of October, 2016, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Bernard F Panek and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
