SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE REFUND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago

SCALZITTI, NANCY is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge

Refund for the premises located at 6430 W. Berteau, Unit 311, Chicago IL 60634 for the year

2014.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
