BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location, during the designated day ofthe week and hours ofthe day in which the parking of vehicles is prohibited due to street cleaning;

No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, N Avondale from N Pulaski to W Irving Park, on the north side of the street, for every first Monday of the month from April 1^st - October 31^st, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on the south side ofthe street, for every first Tuesday of the month from April 1^st - October 31^st, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
