ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to amend/remove Disabled Permit Parking zones at the below listed locations:

WARD                     REPEAL PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES - DISABLED:

39                     Repeal Disabled Permit 68118, 4928 North Ridgeway

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
