WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Nancy Jo Kasper to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13,h Ward; and
WHEREAS, Nancy Jo Kasper (Nee Flanagan) was the devoted wife ofthe late Dennis. Loving mother of Kathleen (Norman) Anderson, Michael (Kerry) Kasper, and Daniel CPD (Barbara) Kasper. Proud grandma of Matthew, Kevin (Clare), Brian, Maeve, Sophie, and Charlie Grace. Beloved sister of Jim (Sandy) Flanagan, the late Maureen (late Raymond) Manahan and the late Peggy Enright. Dear aunt and friend to many; and
WHERAS, Nancy Jo Kasper leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of December, 2021, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Nancy Jo Kasper and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.
