BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 145 South Wells Holdings LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite tq prohibit alley ingress and/or egress 145-147 South Wells Street. ,
