BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Amend ordinance passed heretofore by striking southbound single direction traffic on RICHMOND from the first alley north of Peterson to Peterson Avenue, and establishing two-way direction traffic on RICHMOND at the location listed below:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force herein after its passage and publication.
