RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Elaine Schultz to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Age 79 ofthe Southwest Side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood, former long-time resident of Palos Hills, devoted mother of Katherine (Joseph, CPD) Dunk and Maryann Schultz (Robert Anderson, fiance); loving sister of Thelma Epich, Leona Hajost and Marceline Matthews, Elaine Schultz leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty eighth day of July, 2011, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Elaine Schultz and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Elaine Schultz.
