Establishment of Parking Prohibition AT ALL TIMES

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 150, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle at any time upon the following public ways, as indicated:

4      South Harper Avenue (west side) from a point 155 south of the center

line of East Hyde Park Boulevard to a point 335 feet south of the center line of East Hyde Park Boulevard;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage

and publication.
