ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, Several numbering errors have been discovered in the liquor moratoria located in sections 4-60-022 and 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code. The liquor moratoria in this ordinance do not have the correct ward numbers that reflect the ward in which they are currently located; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct these numbering inaccuracies so that the liquor sale restrictions shown in sections 4-60-022 and 4-60-023 are numbered according to the wards in which they are located; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 4-60-022 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through and inserting the underscored language, as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through and inserting the underscored languge, as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:
