NO PARKING TOW ZONE, EXCEPT LATAVIAN CONSULATE PARKING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend _ No Parking Tow Zone, Except Latavian Consulate Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

42                     West Lake Street (north side) from a point 30 feet east of North Wacker Drive to a

point 20 feet east thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, Except Latavian Consulate Parking, All Times, All Days - (19-01180396) [02019-2751]

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Parking Tow Zone, Except Latavian Consulate Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
