ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-H in the area bounded by:
The public alley next north of West Division Street; a line 134.36 west of North Paulina Street; West Division Street; a line 207.36 west of North Paulina Street;
to those of a B3-3 Community Shopping District which is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

property; the name and address of the applicant; and a statement that the applicant intends to file
said application on approximately October 29, 2014; that the applicant has made a bona fide
effort to determine the addresses of the parties to be notified under the cited section of the
