GLL PROPERTIES 444 NORTH MICHIGAN, L.P. Acct. No. 330575 -1 Permit No. 1111054
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to GLL PROPERTIES 444 NORTH MICHIGAN, L.P., upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, Occupation of Space on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 444 N. Michigan Ave Existing occupation of space is used for an wrought iron fence on lower North Michigan Avenue with an emergency generator within the enclosed area.
Said Occupation of Space(s) at Lower N. Michigan Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at eighty-eight point two five (88.25) feet in length, and thirty-three point seven five (33.75) feet in width for a total of two thousand nine hundred seventy-eight point four four (2978.44) square feet.
Enclosure of this area of the right-of-way will provide additional security and safety for the occupants of the office building.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1111054 herein granted the sum of six thousand six hundred seventy-one ($6,671.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated...
