City Council September 9th, 2020
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Francis R. Parrilli "Snooky" has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God , to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Francis R. Parrilli, beloved husband of Gloria (nee Munoz); loving father of Mary Jo, William, Frances and Judy Parrilli; dear son ofthe late William "The Owl" and Josephine Parrilli; fond grandfather of Disa, Paul, Lauren, Erica, Angelica, Mia, Mario, the late James, Francis, Peter III, Angelo, and Christopher; great grandfather of 18; dear brother of Rose (George) Bonomo and the late Anthony "Skippy" Parrilli; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Francis was a member and past president of the Old Neighborhood Italian American Club and founder ofthe Santa Maria Incoronata Teen Club; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Francis to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this ninth of September 2020, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Francis R. Parrilli and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
