Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BOBTAIL SODA FOUNTAIN on 09/20/2018, and printed upon page 84479 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City ofChicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "BOBTAIL SODA FOUNTAIN" and inserting in their place the words "JOHNSON'S REAL ICE CREAM"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center : Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
