ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 4856 - 2 Permit No. 1092667

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for EQUITY OFFICE PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT CORP. on 10/06/2010, and printed upon page 102667 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words ' <

"One (1) at three hundred eighty-one point three three (381.33) feet in length, and forty-six point three three (46.33) feet in width for a total of seventeen¹ thousand six hundred sixty-seven point zero two (17667.02) square feet.

The sum of seventy-one thousand two hundred thirty-three ($71,233.00) per annum in advance.

Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage."

and inserting in their place the words

"One (1) at three hundred sixty-two point thirty-eight feet in length and twenty (20) feet in width for a total of seven thousand two hundred forty-seven point sixty (7,247.60) square feet.

The sum of thirty thousand thirty-four ($30,034.00) per annum in advance.
