BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized

and directed to install " Turkish Consulate Parking Signs" signs at the below listed locations:

WARD        PARKING LIMITATIONS:

42      Repeal ordinance passed September 9^th, 2009, journal page

70632, which reads: (Upper) E. Wacker Drive (south side) from a point 216 feet east of N. Michigan Avenue to a point 25 feet east thereof: No Parking Except for Turkish Consulate Vehicles Only by striking the above - 12-01165365 [02012-4534]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its

passage and publication.
