RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Richard Sabo to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Richard Sabo, loving father of Mark Sabo and Brian Sabo; proud grandpa of Hailey Sabo and Ashley Sabo. Preceded in death by his wife, the late Marilyn Sabo, and his mother, the late Celia Warne. Richard was a decorated United States Navy veteran of WW2. He was born in South Bend, Indiana. He was an avid Notre Dame fan, and of all Chicago sports teams Richard Sabo leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty-eighth day of March, 2018, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Richard Sabo and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
