MEMORIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that members of this Chamber learned of the death of Thomas Brinegar on November 21, 2017 at the age of 64; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of his passing by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Born on October 30, 1953 Thomas was the beloved son of the late Thomas E. and Ann D. (nee, McGowan); special brother of Kathleen Ann (Brian) Cowan; fond cousin of many and treasured friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him; and
WHEREAS, Thomas touched the lives of all who knew him through his kindness, generosity and vivacious spirit. He will be deeply missed, but the memory of his character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved him; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered this thirteenth day of December, 2017, do hereby extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Thomas Brinegar; and
