BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation and the Director of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to exempt Breakthrough Urban Ministries, who operate a community center located at 3201-3239 W. Carroll Avenue and 326-28 N. Kedzie Avenue, from provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
