SALUTE TO WILLIAM O'LEARY

WHEREAS, William O'Leary of DK Condo and Manager of Marine Towers Condominium is culminating his service as voluntary President of the Apartment Building Owners and Managers of Illinois, a position he has held with distinction during the years 2013 and 2014; and

WHEREAS, William O'Leary as President of ABOMA has worked cooperatively with elected City, State and Federal Officials and the various City of Chicago departments for the benefit ofthe our city and the Chicago High Rise Residential Industry; and

WHEREAS, The Honorable Robert W. Fioretti, Alderman of the 2^nd Ward, has apprised this august body of the exceptional achievements of the outgoing president of ABOMA; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED That we, the Mayor and members of the City of Chicago City Council gathered here, this 5^th Day of November, 2014 AD, do hereby salute William O'Leary for his noteworthy service in the field of property management that has done much to improve the welfare of our citizens and our city.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to William O'Leary.
