MEMORIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr., born on September 24,1955, was called by God to his eternal reward on March 2, 2011; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of his passing by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr. was an active and vital member of his community. The beloved son of the late Patricia (nee Roche) and the late Arthur R. (Tana) Schuster; dear brother of Penny and John Schuster; loving nephew, cousin and friend of many, Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr. leaves a legacy of faith, compassion, dignity and love; and
WHEREAS, Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr. will be deeply missed, but the memory of his character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved him; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this eighth day of June, 2011, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Arthur R. "Skipper" Schuster, Jr.
