ORDINANCE
BE FT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 9 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.21), with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.21) On the south side of Irving Park Road, from Neenah Avenue to Oak Park
Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.71), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of December 10,2014 at page 100465, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.71) On Narraqansett Avenue, from Grace Street to Irving Park Road.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.76), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 6, 2017 at page 54906, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.76) On Harlem Avenue. Grace Street to Irving Park Road.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.82), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 18, 2019 at page 5373, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.82) On Belmont Avenue, from Ozanam Avenue to Orange Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.99), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 24, 2017 at page 49402, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.99) On Addison Street, from Overhill Avanue to Ozanam Avenue.
