SPEED LIMITATION

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 070 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to operate such vehicle at a greater speed than in indicated upon the streets or other public ways designated within the limits specified:-

 

 

 

WARD                     SPEED LIMITATION:

 

25                     1900-1999 West 17th Street; Speed Limitation - 20 MPH, Monday through Friday,

School Days [02015-7500]

 

SECTION 2. and publication.

 

 

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend SPEED LIMITATION of vehicular traffic movement on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
