Journal Correction for February 22, 2017 City Council Meeting
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, On February 22, 2017, the City Council passed a substitute ordinance (the "Ordinance") amending Chapter 2-8 of the Municipal Code by adding new Section 2-8-040 entitled "Honorary Street Name Designation"; and
WHEREAS, Said Ordinance was published in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago (the "Journal") of February 22, 2017 and printed on pages 43626 through 43628; and
WHEREAS, The roll call vote printed in the Journal for passage of said Ordinance was incorrect; and
WHEREAS, To correct this error it is necessary to delete the roll call vote as printed in the Journal and to insert in lieu thereof the correct roll call vote; now, therefore,
• Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance amending Chapter 2-8 of the Municipal Code by adding new Section 2-8-040 entitled "Honorary Street Name Designation" (SO2016-8426) passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on February 22, 2017 and printed in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago on pages 43626 through 43628 is hereby corrected by deleting the roll call vote appearing on the third through the ninth printed lines from the top of page 43627 and inserting in lieu thereof the following vote:

Moore - 44.
