SINGLE DIRECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 010 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall operate such vehicle only in the Direction Specified below on the public ways between the limits indicated:
WARD SINGLE DIRECTION:
27 1232 W. Kinzie Street; W. Kinzie Street from N. Ogden Avenue to N. Elizabeth Street;
Single Direction - Southerly, Signs already posted - (12-02000684) [02012-6684]
WARD AMEND SINGLE DIRECTION:
41 4800 N. Neva Avenue; Repeal ordinance Passed 5/28/14, journal page 81936, which
reads: N. Neva Avenue from W. Strong Street to W. Gunnison Street Single Direction -Southerly, by striking the above - (14-01290087) [02014-6355]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and/or amend Single Direction of vehicular traffic movement on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
