BUFFER ZONE FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following addresses are hereby included in the buffer zone for the adjacent Residential permit parking zone (Zone 1446):
4100 to 4161 N Damen Ave (both sides of the street) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
4100 to 4157 N Wolcott Ave (both sides of the street) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
1900 to 1953 W Belle Plaine Ave (both sides of the street) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
