ORDINANCE
NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY/CHICAGO CAMPUS Acct. No. 69296 - 5 Permit No. 1112341

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY/CHICAGO CAMPUS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, ten (10) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 321 E. Erie St
Said Caisson(s) at E. Erie Street measure(s):
One (1) at nine (9) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of eighteen (18) square feet. One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twenty-four (24) square feet. One (1) at five (5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total often (10) square feet. One (1) at nine (9) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twenty-seven (27) square feet. One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twenty-four (24) square feet.
Said Caisson(s) at E. Ontario measure(s):
One (1) at nine (9) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of eighteen (18) square feet. The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
