ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     4800     block of    South Kildare Avenue      between West 48^th Street and West 49^th Street on both sides of the street, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
