BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and-directed to exempt 161 IN Hermitage, LLC at 1720 W North from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.
