CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO ELIZABETH GRANATO AND RAM VILLIVALAM ON BIRTH OF THEIR SON, ROHAN FRANKLIN.
WHEREAS, Parents Elizabeth Granato and Ram Villivalam welcomed their new baby son into the world on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, 11:02 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, On that date, Rohan Franklin made his first appearance weighing six pounds, thirteen ounces and stretching the tape to 20 inches; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of this blessed event by the Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, The joy of Rohan's arrival has spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives; and
WHEREAS, The announcement of this special birth represents ,the future of Chicago and the endless possibilities for our great city; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this thirty first day of October 2018, do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to Elizabeth Granato and Ram Villivalam.
