ORDINANCE

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, that the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to erect and/or amend Traffic Warning Signs and Signals for the following locations are hereby designated:

Location: E. 16^th Street and S. Michigan Ave. Request Type: NO RIGHT TURN ON RED LIGHT 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM - ON SCHOOL DAYS WHEN CHILDREN ARE PRESENT

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
