Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FOOD TOWN, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 4401 N. Hazel St
Said Awning(s) at Montrose measure(s):
One (1) at eighteen point six (18.6) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of thirty-seven point two (37.2) square feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty (20) square feet. Said Awning(s) at Hazel measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-one (21) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of forty-two (42) square feet.
One (1) at twelve point six (12.6) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-five point two (25.2)
square feet.
One (1) at twenty-two (22) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of forty-four (44) square feet.
One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-four (24) square feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty (20) square feet.
One (1) at eighteen point five (18.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of thirty-seven (37) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
