TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as traffic lane - Tow/Away Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW AWAY ZONES:
E. Hyde Park Boulevard (north side) from S. Cornell Avenue to S. East End Avenue to a point 100 feet east thereof; No Stopping No Standing No Parking Tow Zone, all times, all days - (13-01196708) [02013-3214]
WARD AMEND TOW AWAY:
23 S. Mobile Avenue: Amend ordinance previously passed on 2/15/12, Doc# 02012-
150, journal page 2066, which reads: No Parking Tow Zone on S. Mobile Avenue from Archer Avenue to the first alley north thereof, 6:00am to 8:30am, Monday through Saturday, and insert in lieu thereof: S. Mobile Avenue (east side only) from Archer Avenue to the first alley north thereof, 6:00am to 8:00 am, Monday through Saturday [02013-8801]
28 5000 block of W. Adams Street; Amend No Parking Tow Zone by striking therefrom
the following: 5000 block of W. Adams Street (north side) of the street from S. Leamington Avenue to the alley west thereof, No Parking Tow Zone [O2013-9100]
28 5000 block of W. Quincy Street; Amend No Parking Tow Zone ordinance by
striking therefrom the following: 5000 block of W. Quincy Street (north side) of the street, from S. Leamington Avenue to the first alley west thereof, No Parking Tow Zone [02013-9099]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
