ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 202047 - 1 Permit No. 1104249

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for Rosebud Steakhouse on 02/13/2013, and printed upon page 47106 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Seating Capacity: 12" and inserting in their place the words "Seating Capacity 24"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
