EXEMPTION OF HEARTLAND ALLIANCE HEALTH CENTER FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 5515 S HALSTED STREET

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Heartland Alliance Health Center from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 5515 S Halsted Street, Chicago, IL, 60621.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
