REPEAL THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal an ordinance passed June 8, 2005 C.J.P. 50291 by striking the below.
Ward Location
44 West Belmont Avenue (south side) from a point 174
feet east of North Seminary Avenue, to a point 44 feet east thereof - no parking / loading zone - 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. - all days
October 31, 2012
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
