REMOVE BUFFER ZONE FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following addresses are hereby removed from the buffer zone for the adjacent residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

3817 to 3821 N Ashland Ave. (east side of the street only) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 383.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
