Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Perm ission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE SHOPS AT KINGSBURY SQUARE, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty-five (25) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 1550 N. Kingsbury St
